Kent College has a lively and large Charities Committee which is part of Interact (Rotary International). Every year we choose charities to support and plan and deliver fun and fantastic fund raising events. This year's charities include Muscular Dystrophy, Refuge, MRDF, Tanzania Projects, MIND and Macmillan Cancer Care.
Overall the school raises around £20,000 a year for various charities. We like to find out as much about the charities that we are supporting as we can. We try to involve as many people from the school community in our events as possible. Fund raisers have included, Murder Mystery evenings, bake sales, busking, abseiling, auctions, fashion shows, variety shows and many others.
