This course is aimed at students who would like to gain GCSEs in one year prior to joining the Sixth Form. The timetables for students are individually written to suit their interests and requirements. A combination of English, Maths, Science, Humanities are normally studied and these are supported with additional tuition.

Students are integrated into mainstream teaching groups as improving written and spoken English is one of the key aims of this programme. Additional English Language tuition is also available to support those who need it. This course provides an excellent preparation for the Sixth Form to follow either the IB or A Levels.
