Scholarships are awarded at the Head Master's discretion for academic excellence and for outstanding talent in Art, Music, Drama and Sport. Scholarship applications should be made to the Registrar. For Year 7 entry each September academic scholarships are awarded on the basis of performance in the Entrance Examinations held the previous January. Music, Art, Drama and Sports Scholarships are awarded on the basis of individual assessment by the relevant Head of Department and recommendation to the Head Master. These assessments also take place in January. The percentage fee reduction awarded will be applied to the termly tuition fee.

Sibling bursaries:

When three or more children from the same family are attending Kent College simultaneously, the third child will receive a 20% bursary. The fourth or additional children will receive a 40% remission.

This bursary is given in respect of the youngest child / children. It is not given in addition to any other award, and is not available for children in the Nursery Unit.

HM forces bursaries:

Personnel who are eligible for the Boarding School Allowance only pay 10% of the total boarding and tuition fee.
