Kent College Canterbury

HMODKent College has a proud tradition of rugby. Played in the autumn term, the sport develops our boys strength, stamina, speed, skill level and most importantly, sporting values. Rugby at Kent College is led by Matthew Robinson, a full Welsh international. They are ably supported by a number of enthusiastic and skilled coaches. Most fixtures are arranged for Saturdays where the school community gathers to watch the high-octane and exciting action unravel.  Students train twice a week in preparation for the fixtures and have access to excellent facilities. Specific strength and conditioning programmes devised by qualified staff are tailored to individuals in order to improve overall performance. Rugby is a sport that offers places for all shapes and sizes; it has a proud tradition of values, all of which are upheld at Kent College. Kent College has a very close affiliation with Canterbury Rugby Club
